A lot of people suffer from anxiety but never know how to deal with it. It can be the most discouraging and tiring feeling in the world, however, there are many ways you can beat your nerves down until they become nothing more than a clumsy memory.
What is anxiety?
Anxiety is so common that we all have either suffered through or had friends who did at some point. I am one to always say that having an anxious moment sucks because it’s just not fun when those feelings take over – yet even though being overwhelmed by them feels like defeat doesn’t mean anything will come out of this battle for us psychologically speaking as long as enough action has been taken against these distressing thoughts before they get any worse!
The most common form of this problem comes in the shape of panic attacks, where humans feel their heart and breathing rate increase for no apparent reason. It can be so maddening that it leaves us feeling discouraged, helpless, or tiring with nothing to look forward to but another attack coming on like waves crashing against our shoreline; only to leave destruction behind when they recede back out into the ocean once more.

Difference between anxiety and stress
Anxiety is the feeling of being worried and tense. Stress is a mental or emotional strain on an individual. Anxiety and stress are two different things, but they can be related to one another. Many people experience anxiety because of their everyday stresses at work, school, or home life. It’s important to know the difference between anxiety and stress so that you can get help if you need it!

I consulted my primary care physician who suggested some ways to help alleviate these problems by getting a watch so we can keep track of time in order for me not to lose focus on anything else happening around me at any given moment because sometimes our bodies just need us to relax more than usual if it’s been continuously stressed from something like work or school.
There are different types of anxiety panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, etc. the most common one is social anxiety.
Social anxiety disorder is a condition where people feel uncomfortable in social settings. They worry that others will judge them, ridicule or embarrass them if they make mistakes and this can lead to feelings of shame, inadequacy, and depression.
The brain plays tricks on you when it comes to anything involving other humans; either making the situation seem worse than reality or overselling your own strengths so as not look vulnerable which only leads to more stress because now there are false impressions being made out there about us by our own minds!
